The items shown for sale here are all made in our workshop on the premises. If items are in stock we will post them out to you straight away but many items actually require to be made and hallmarked prior to us being able to send. This for obvious reasons can cause the transaction to take a bit longer. If this is the case we ask that you please be patient – we do our best to turn around items as quickly as possible and we promise you it is worth the short wait.

We normally begin making your item as soon as we receive your payment.

Special Delivery is used for items costing over £30 – You will be charged £8 for this

Recorded delivery is used for items costing under £30 – You will be charged £4.00 for this

International Signed For is used for Overseas parcels – You will be charged £8.00 for this

We appreciate buying jewellery can be a significant financial outlay

Most of our items are made to order so take time to be made

If you would like to spread the cost a little we are happy to take a 50% deposit (via paypal, bank transfer (BACS) or by cheque) to secure your order.
We will then invoice you the remaining balance when the item is finished and ready to post.
